Highly Recommended for your Auto Repair. The Fairest Prices In buffalo or surrounding areas, I'm from Hamburg, NY and after going here, I won't go anywhere else. The other shops in the area price gouge and double the part prices, dishonesty within most of the shops around (I've been to over 15 and all the same- double the cost). A new customer for life.

Great group of people. They are so honest it's unbelievable. As I was standing there in the waiting area I was chatting with another patron for probably 45 minutes. An employee walks back and says that he's been testing this gentlemen's car for nearly an hour and cannot replicate the issue. He then said "looks like I'm not getting any money out of you today". And sure enough, they didn't charge the guy! As far as myself - they took great care of me and offered great pricing. The owner is nice to talk to also. Will continue coming back!

These guys are great! We have been taking our cars there for years. Chris has a really great group of guys there. They work hard and the job is always done right, in a timely manner, and at a fair price! Also have recommended them to everyone and they also stay with Vic's. They are that good!

I was recommended here by my coworker and grandfather and i can happily say im going to now be recommending this shop from now on also. Honest owner who took the time to help me figure out what parts to order and i have to say this place also has The Fairest Prices In western NY. These guys installed 10 car parts in a day and a half. Thank you guys for restoring my escalades ride quality next time im having an issue you guys will be the first on my list to call.

Awesome sercice, they dont try and tell you repairs you dont need like other shops try and do. Owner, Chris, is very honest and super nice guy. He explains EVERYTHING to you. His employess are, super nice, great people, and are AWESOME. mechanics. They def know what they are doing and work hard. Prices are the best around, work is professionally done. Shop is clean. I will always get my repairs here. Have been since his father was alive.

The best auto service have had in buffalo. The price is very fair I saved $500 and the work done on my 2017 ford was great. Chris and his coworkers are very hardworking and respectful. I could write a million good things about their work. Thank you again for today. Thanks Barbara

I'm from West Virginia and was visiting family here in Buffalo. I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla that was my father's car and has 90,000 miles with some issues. The car has sentimental value! I called on Monday and explained the situation. He was upfront and explained he wouldn't be able to fix it, but would squeeze me in Wednesday morning to diagnose it. Hence, I would know if I could safely drive it home. I got there at 830 and they took me in. The shop was relatively well organized and clean, rare in a local shop. He spent about 45 minutes running various tests using very expensive equipment. He adjusted the idle and good as new! He spent the time too carefully explain what was going on with the car and I was VERY satisfied. A true hero and I highly recommend them. I will certainly be suggesting this business to my friends and family still in WNY!
